Statistics and PE

Here is an absolutely brilliant quiz put together by Bridget. She's channelling some of the writing we did in the first few weeks and including it in her statistics data square learning activity. Check out the unit plan here.



Here is a video of the first lesson in Jack, Jack, Lochie and Sonny's PE unit. These boys did a superb job of planning a well rounded PE unit covering rippa rugby and soccer skills, drills and games. They used a standard (teacher's) unit plan format and collaborated to make sure the sessions are realistic. I thought that they delivered a solid PE session covering many important skills in their first session. Sorry about the budget sound from the footage on the field - I'm obviously not going to be first call cameraman for the next Peter Jackson film...
